A Crown is recommended where a lot of tooth structure has been damaged and structural support is needed. In highly visible areas all ceramic restorations can be utilised. Where extra strength is required a metal substructure may be used to reinforce the ceramic.
A Bridge provides replacement for a missing tooth that utilises the neighbour teeth for support and retention.
